Giuseppe Forte, chef of the Al Palazzo Restaurant at Palazzo Murat, is only 37, but his cooking displays a character and maturity that have not gone unnoticed by the Michelin Guide.
After his early years in Capri, Positano, and the Cilento, Giuseppe flew to France and Japan before finally returning to Italy, where he made use of his skills in the best-starred restaurants in the land. Giving in to the persistent call of Campania, he returned to Positano in 2016, becoming resident chef at Palazzo Murat where his cuisine has been focusing on enhancing the best of local excellence and slow food principles of the Amalfi Coast.
